Tied at 8-8 in the fifth set after a Gema Galanza down the line hit, F2 went on a 6-2 run capped by a Stalzer attack to put itself at match point, 14-10.
The Grand Slam-seeking Creamline saved one match point on an Iris Tolenada service error before Elaine Kasilag sealed the win for F2 with a kill.
Alyssa Valdez notched 12 points and 16 digs to pace the Cool Smashers, as their Turkish reinforcement Yeliz Basa led them in scoring with 19 points.
Jema Galanza added 12 points and 13 excellent receptions as Celine Domingo put up 11.
