MJ Phillips paced with 13 points off nine attacks, two blocks and two aces for the Angels, who managed to keep the streaking Cargo Movers at bay and improved to 3-2.

Jonah Sabete also shone with a 13-point outing including eight receptions, while Aiza Maizo-Pontillas added 11 points and 14 digs.
Gretchel Soltones also contributed 10 points to go along with eight receptions in the balanced team affair.
Soltones fired back-to-back hits to untangle Petro Gazz from a 23-all deadlock and put them at match point before Phillips’ decisive block on Elaine Kasilag sealed the win.
Kianna Dy was the lone bright spot for F2 Logistics with 14 points while the rest of the team were limited to single digits as the Cargo Movers slid to 4-2.
The Angels next assignment is up against the struggling Army Black Mamba Lady Troopers on Saturday while the Cargo Movers will try to bounce back against Choco Mucho Flying Titans on Tuesday.
